Peter S. Myers is an estate planning Partner with Fox Rothschild LLP in its San Francisco office, and holds thebCalifornia State Bar Specialization in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law. Peter has been included with the Northern California SuperLawyers since 2004 and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1995, and "Worth 100" in 2005-2006.
Peter is the executive editor of the book Business Succession Planning: Strategies for California Estate Planners and Business Attorneys, published by Continuing Education of the Bar-California. He was an adjunct faculty member at Golden Gate University, San Francisco campus, and The Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University, where he taught stock options planning. He regularly teaches for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), the Southern California Institute and various local and national professional groups. He is licensed in CA and NV.
Peter speaks regularly and offers a Review Course for the Exam to Become a California Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He and Fox Rothschild are hosting the Fiduciary Attorney Summit in Lake Tahoe on January 12, 2017. Professional Trust Officers and Private Fiduciaries, Attorneys, Accountants and members of other disciplines who support them will gather for this, the fourth annual, event.
