GST Planning - Getting it Right

Are you assisting your clients with their gifts and bequests to their grandchildren?  In a taxable estate, these gifts are subject to the generation skipping tax.  And, if these gifts are being made in a lifetime trust, you might want to provide advice that would protect that trust from estate taxes for the next 365 years.  Tim Riley will talk about how to structure these gifts from the initial client communication, through proper filing of the Form 709.
