September Meeting - 9/20/2016 - Using Charitable Remainder & Charitable Lead Trusts
In an environment of rising taxes and recovering property values, charitable planning tools are once again in vogue, and may become more so once the 2704 regulations are finalized. Robert "Bob" Goodman will be sharing key techniques in both Charitable Lead Trusts and Charitable Remainder Trusts.
Robert P. Goodman is a Senior Wealth Strategist at US Trust where he has served high net worth families since 2005. Prior to that he worked as a public accountant in taxation. He has extensive experience working with clients with their philanthropy. He is a CPA, holds his Masters in Taxation and has received his AEP from the National Association of Estate Planning Councils.
