DESCRIPTION:\nPlease join us on January 14, when Mr. Cavallera will share his extensive knowledge of the social and legal issues that arise as people age.  Mr. Cavallera will offer advice on assisting clients in creating the least restrictive environment for their loved ones, issues with durable powers of attorney for health care and navigating legal and financial issues of an aging population.\n \nMr. Cavallera is a graduate of the University of Nevada and the University of Colorado School of Law.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and maintains his law offices in Reno, Nevada.  He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Nevada, the United States Federal District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.\n \n \n
