A Certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.  He has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of the State of New York, Albany, NY; A  juris doctor from  Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, GA. and is a graduate of Advanced Studies for Estate and Wealth Planning, Esperti Peterson Institute, 2001. He is a fellow of The Esperti Peterson Institute and Fellow of The Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University. He is admitted to practice before all California and Nevada Courts; the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.\n\n Scott is also a founding Member Wealth Counsel Advisors Forum, a Member of Wealth Counsel, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys; the California State Bar Estate Planning Section, Trust and Probate section; and the Nevada Bar Probate and Trust section.\n\n  \n
