GOLD, Esq. and LINDA A. BOWMAN, Esq.\n\n   \nJulia is a tax and estate planning attorney licensed to practice in Nevada and California. Julia practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, family business planning, trust administrations, and probate as well as in the areas of tax exempt entities, corporate law, partnerships and limited liability companies.   \nJulia is the co-chair for the Nevada State Bar tax and estate planning section's legislative committee, a member of the Executive Committee for the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California, a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada and a board member for the Washoe County Probate Bar. Julia is also a member of the UNR Planned Giving Council, and a board member of the Truckee Meadows Community College. Julia's hobbies include river kayaking, mountain biking, skiing, hiking travel and literature. \nLinda graduated from UNR College of Business Administration and received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  She has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1980.  She served Justice Cameron M. Batjer as a law clerk at the Nevada Supreme Court.  She was an associate and partner at Vargas & Bartlett until 1996 at which time she opened her own practice. \nIn 2007 Linda was appointed Probate Commissioner for the Second Judicial District Court where she served since 2010.  In 2010 she opened her private practice specializing in Estate Planning and Probate.  Linda is a Martindale Hubbell AV rated lawyer. \n
