This presentation will discuss exit strategies for family and privately help businesses.
Robert is the Regional Market Executive & West Coast Director for the Private Sales Referral
Network Team, a specialized unit within Bank of America’s Investment Banking Group
working with the firm’s private business owner clients (family, founder and entrepreneur
owned businesses).
The Private Sales Referral Network (PSRN) arranges business sale, merger & acquisition,
capital raise, and other recapitalization services for companies with an enterprise value
between $15 million and $250 million. In his roles Robert works closely with many areas of
the organization, including Investment Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Private Banking
and Wealth Management.
