Susan Johnson is a Vice President and National Business Operations Manager of Elder Services, which operates within the Wealth Management Group at Wells Fargo.
Elder Services is a premium life and wealth management service for adult clients of all ages. This comprehensive service is designed to help complement a client's current activities. It supports the client as he or she faces the challenges and opportunities associated with maintaining personal and financial independence.
Working with the client’s relationship manager, Elder Services coordinates a full array of programs and services in order to address the physical, medical, financial, legal, and psychological needs of our clients. Additionally, internal services such as wealth management, comprehensive health and wellness assessment, medical claims processing, and assistance with personal income tax preparation is offered.
Susan joined Wells Fargo (formerly Norwest Bank) in 1983 and prior to her current position, she was a Trust and Fiduciary Specialist for 13 years. She has been associated with Elder Services since its inception in 1998. Susan is a 2006 graduate of Augsburg College in Minneapolis, and attained the certification of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor in 2001.
